What are your minimum order quantities?
Mannequins, dress forms and display props start at 10 pieces. Wooden and resin hangers are produced from 1,000 pieces per style, and acrylic hangers from 500 pieces per color. Quantities apply per style and finish, so tell us the mix you need and we will confirm exactly.
Can we order a sample before bulk production?
Yes, and we recommend it. A sample lets you approve proportions, material, color, base and branding before the bulk run begins. Expect a sample fee and a short additional lead time.
What can actually be customized?
Size and proportions, fabric or material and color, arm style including wooden and ABS arms, base type and finish, and branding such as neck labels, engraved or printed logo plates and custom packaging. Everything is made to your written specification rather than picked from a fixed catalogue.
Can you match our brand colors and our existing units?
Yes. Colors can be matched to a Pantone reference or to a physical swatch, and we keep your specification on file so reorders match the units already in your stores. That consistency is what holds a fleet together across multiple locations.
How long does an order take and how is it shipped?
As a rough guide, samples take one to three weeks and bulk production several weeks after sample approval. Most orders ship by sea freight in protective cartons or crates, with air freight used mainly for urgent samples. Build production plus transit time into your launch dates.
